Responsible Gambling

Our commitment
Wagering should be a recreational activity, not a way to make money, escape difficulty, or chase losses. We provide tools to help you keep your play under control, and we expect users to use them honestly. If wagering is no longer fun, or if it is starting to interfere with your life, the right move is to step away — and there is help available if you need it.
Recognizing the warning signs
The following are common warning signs of problem gambling. If you see yourself in this list, please consider reaching out for support.
- Spending more time or money on wagering than you intended.
- Wagering to recover money you have already lost (“chasing losses”).
- Lying to family, friends, or yourself about how much you are wagering.
- Wagering money you cannot afford to lose, or borrowing money to wager.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when you try to stop or cut back.
- Wagering to escape problems, relieve depression or anxiety, or cope with difficult feelings.
- Neglecting work, school, relationships, or hobbies because of wagering.
- Continuing to wager despite knowing it is causing you problems.
Problem gambling does not discriminate by income, profession, or age. The fact that wagering takes place in a digital, crypto-asset, or 1v1-skill format does not make it less risky.
Tools we offer
Deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit can be lowered at any time and takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit is subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period, during which the prior, lower limit remains in force. [LEGAL REVIEW: cooling-off durations are jurisdiction-specific; some require 24h, others 7d, others permanent for self-exclusion]
Session time limits
You can set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be logged out and prompted to take a break. Recommended session length is no more than two (2) hours.
Loss limits
You can set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month after which you will be prevented from placing new wagers for the remainder of the period.
Time-out (cool-down)
You can suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. Your available balance can be withdrawn during a time-out.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer-term commitment. You can self-exclude for six (6) months, one (1) year, five (5) years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period:
- You cannot log in, deposit, wager, or reopen the account.
- Your available balance will be returned to your Solana wallet (subject to clearance of any in-flight transactions and KYC completion where required).
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during the period. Multiple-account creation during self-exclusion is a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You will be removed from any non-essential email communications.
- At the end of the period, your account remains closed unless you affirmatively request reinstatement and complete any re-onboarding the law requires.
Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Please do not select it lightly. [LEGAL REVIEW: permanent SE may be subject to limited reinstatement under some state regimes (e.g. NJ); confirm reinstatement criteria]
